NOMCON 2020

As a not for profit, Neil Squire Society's Makers Making Change program relies on volunteer makers and disability professionals to help run events and spread the word. Our model relies on engaging makers to build and design low cost assistive devices to be delivered to people with disabilities for 80% less than commercial devices. Over the past couple years, we've learned a lot in the past couple years about the most effective structures, methods and programs to use to onboard volunteers. We would love to share our learnings with you!
